Our service areas
Each city page covers the local housing, the problems we find most often there, and the neighborhoods we serve.
Tarrant County
Large custom homes from the 1990s and 2000s boom, many with attic HVAC and multiple zones. Spring hail and slow roof leaks are the usual starting point.
Denton County
Established neighborhoods and wooded lots near Grapevine Lake. Mature trees mean shade, clogged gutters, and roof valleys that stay damp after every storm.
Collin & Denton
Much of Prosper is new construction. Mold needs moisture, not age, so a missed flashing detail or a builder-grade drain pan can start a problem in year one.
Dallas County
Well-kept family homes, many now old enough for original plumbing and water heaters to fail. Slow leaks behind cabinets and walls are common finds.
Collin & Denton
A fast-growing mix of new builds, townhomes, and offices. Buyers on short option periods call us to clear a house before the deadline passes.
Collin County
Neighborhoods spanning several decades of construction. Older roofs, HVAC condensation, and past water claims are where Ember spends most of her time.
Tarrant County
Larger lots and custom homes, often with pools, outdoor kitchens, and attic air handlers. More wet areas mean more places for moisture to hide.
Dallas & Collin
A growing suburb with both established streets and newer subdivisions. Musty rooms with no visible cause are the most common reason people call.
Collin & Denton
One of the region’s most established cities, with homes, rentals, and office space. Aging plumbing and decades of patched leaks call for a full-property search.
Collin County
Historic homes near downtown alongside large newer neighborhoods. Older buildings bring hidden plumbing leaks; newer ones bring construction moisture.

Same visit, every city
Texas mold rules are statewide, so the process doesn’t change from Keller to McKinney. Every visit includes all three.
A rescued working dog trained to catch the scent of active, hidden mold, fast, and in places air samples and a flashlight simply miss.
As a licensed Consultant, Ryan performs the assessment and writes the remediation protocol, the document a cleanup crew is legally required to follow.
By state rule we don’t remediate the jobs we assess. That keeps our findings unbiased, and it’s exactly why our license can issue your final clearance certificate.
